Update Your ShipRush Desktop Software – FedEx

FedEx has updated its API and account authentication process. To avoid service interruptions, all ShipRush FedEx users must update their software and re-authenticate their FedEx account(s) using the new OAuth method.

This update ensures compliance with FedEx’s latest security requirements/APIs and provides a more secure, reliable connection between your FedEx and ShipRush accounts.

How to Update ShipRush

Follow these simple steps to update your ShipRush FedEx installation:

  1. On your primary ShipRush machine (if using multiple installations):
    • Fully exit ShipRush.
    • Make a full backup of your existing data:
      • Backup location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Z-Firm LLC
  2. Download and install the latest ShipRush update:
  1. Recommission your FedEx account using OAuth:
  2. Update additional workstations (if using a networked instance of ShipRush).
