*ShipRush Refund Policy
New ShipRush for FedEx and ShipRush for UPS licenses have a 30-day, unconditional return period. If you are not happy with ShipRush, we will ask you to confirm in writing that the software and serial number have been removed and happily refund you.
ShipRush for Stamps.com and PreferShip: All sales are final. No refunds.
The following items are not returnable: license renewals, upgrades, and technical support.
ShipRush UPS: Complimentary phone support during the first 30 days after initial purchase is limited to initial installation questions within the support limits for the purchased product.
License renewals and upgrades do not include complimentary phone support.
The ShipRush SDK has a 7-day, unconditional return period. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) applies.
SDK developer support is via the private SDK support forums only.
